1. Get moving every day for 30 mins minimum: Walking is the easiest form of exercise, but it can be anything you enjoy that helps bppst your CV system and metabolism.

At the end of the day if you have time or can ask someone you trust to trim the stems of your bouquet at am angle and pop it in a vase of water

Use a bridesmaids bouquet to throw if you are having your boqueut preserved this will help the flowers not get damaged.
